What is Covered?
- Wood Quality
Cracks unrelated to naturally occurring humidity/seasonal expansion, or excessive warping of solid wood.
- Joints & Glue
Loose joints, wobbly legs, or structural instability caused by manufacturing errors.
- Termite Protection
All our wood is chemically treated. We offer a 5-year guarantee against termite infestation for treated solid wood.
- Hardware
Failure of functional hardware like drawer slides, hinges, and handles within 1 year.
What is Not Covered?
- ×Normal wear and tear, cuts, or scratches from daily use.
- ×Damage caused by impact, accidents, or misuse.
- ×Fading or discoloration due to prolonged direct sunlight exposure.
- ×Damage resulting from improper cleaning (using harsh chemicals) or lack of maintenance.
- ×Variations in wood grain and color (characteristic of natural solid wood).
- ×Fabric pills or loose threads caused by external abrasion.
How to Claim Warranty?
To claim a warranty, please email info@woodzi.com with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect. Our team will inspect the issue and guide you through the repair or replacement process.
