Delivery Methods

We utilize our own fleet of delivery vehicles for local orders within Banka and nearby districts to ensure safe handling. For locations further away, we partner with trusted logistics providers specializing in furniture transport to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all major pin codes in Bihar. We are expanding our network to neighboring states soon. If you are unsure about delivery to your area, please enter your pincode on the product page or contact us.

Processing & Delivery Times

Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Made-to-Order: These items are crafted especially for you. Production takes 2-4 weeks, followed by standard delivery times.

Custom Projects: Timelines for fully custom carpentry projects will be mutually agreed upon during the consultation phase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, specific instructions are provided in our Returns Policy. For delivery-related damages, please report them to the delivery personnel immediately if visible, or contact us within 24 hours.
